Already proven top quality Keundo SupraQ 3200-TX6 printer combined with fixation (color activator) will enable an user to print directly onto fabric or paper to transfer using aqueous dye sublimation ink.

Features:

1. Interlocking Roll

    An interlocking shift from main roll to assistant roll. It gives smooth transfer to any kind                                                               of materials.

2. Screw Roll

    Decreasing wrinkles during substrates's feeding and raise the friction of main roll for smooth feeding operation for all kind of fabrics.

3. Media Tension Control System

    It applied electric pneumatic control to generate constant tension of materials. According to type of textile, tension can be adjusted automatically.

4. Feeding System & Pinch Roll

    Automated intelligent feeding system for supply and take up media for constant stability. And with pinch roll, it presses media surface equally for stable print.

5. PCI board & Split board

    R&D team of Keundo has developed PCI board for high-capacities with express data transmission and the Split board that divides data from PCI to each head accurately. It is able to control each heads more efficiently than any other boards.

6. Head Auto-Cleaning

    Effective device which can clean the heads and head plate automatically by program.

7. Degassing Unit

    From main ink pail to link line, it removes micro bubbles while transfer to main ink tank.

8. Front Dryer

    Applied FIN to the out-side of dryer for wide dry after print. It could dry textile material(s) perfectly in any mode of pass(es).

9. Mesh Kit & Vacuum Plate

    Depending on the purpose of printing by fabric(s) or transfer paper, a plate can be changeable for its purpose of printing on material.

10. Jet Module & HI Board

      Keundo has developed new Jet-Module with Head Interface Board (HIB) for water based head(s) control. It gives a low temperature of Amp for stable jetting with long time operation. Without the HIB, must add a few other parts for temperature control. Also it effected to weight of the head carriage, electric noise, easy maintenance, and etc.
